Wikivoyage is available in several languages, let's take advantage of that.

Language should be a setting, so that someone with a German phone can download the Spanish version, for instance.

First, OxygenGuide must be extended to the other languages: https://code.google.com/p/oxygenguide/issues/detail?id=41
