Specifically referring to the endpoint List All Products.

TBD how much data will be kept; will decide during ticket.

Follow up work will include (but not be limited to):

Writing the data (or a subset of it) to a Kafka topic
Implementing Structured Spark Streaming on the data and rewriting the transformed data back to Kafka
Backup data in a persisted layer
Send data to a caching layer
Have an analytics UI fetch this data
