建议 WeedConfig 中的全局变量封装到DbContext中 #16

WeedConfig中包含太多的全局变量，如果多个DbContext的行为不同需要对WeedConfig进行设置，将无法安全实现。
建议将WeedConfig中的全局变量封装到DbContext中。

除非必要，尽量不要使用全局变量。
