Presenter option to enable free-scroll for viewers #3

The viewers are locked to the current slide the presenter is on. The presenter should have a checkbox option to

Enable "Free Scroll" of all slides up to this point
Enable "Send All Slides" to pre-load all slides onto the viewers, including the ability to free-scroll to them.
