Manipulate draggable points with the keyboard

It seems that draggable points are already focusable (though with the scaling, firefox's focus effect looks glitchy). Focusing on a point should make the keyboard arrows move the point around. We'll need some modifier keys to change the moving speed, and maybe a way of specifying a default move increment.
