Student names are sorted by first name rather than last name in the re-mark tab

Typically, sorting by name results in sorting via the last name first, and first name only if needed. The Re-mark tab (and possibly other areas) list students sorted in first-name order when Sort By is Student Name. This is awkward when cross-referencing to other systems.
