When you don't fit through the front door, an accessible toilet doesn't matter

Describe the feature you'd like
Implement a function returning whether or not certain services are accessible in a building:

Input: wheelchair width, length, required height to roll under tables.

Process:

Check entrance
Check toilet
Check tables / .. (To Be Determined)

Result: array of accessible services and their level of accessibility
