SSRC ID is used to identify the stream. But in some cases, an inbound SSRC ID can match an outbound SSRC ID (eg: echo-test).
The consequence is that only one stream is visible in the report (depending on the last report received)

Use the ID or the report (inbound/outbound) to differentiate these streams
