Node.js 12 actions are deprecated. Please update the following actions to use Node.js 16: actions/checkout@v2, actions/create-release@v1. For more information see: https://github.blog/changelog/2022-09-22-github-actions-all-actions-will-begin-running-on-node16-instead-of-node12/.

The repo for the Action has been deprecated, see https://github.com/actions/create-release.

I was admiring the dragonfly 1.0.0 release notes, which use https://github.com/ncipollo/release-action rather than the archived/deprecated https://github.com/actions/create-release.
