When the glossary is generated, for terms with hash (#) namespaces, sometimes it generates the label in the glossary with the hash.
Example: https://saref.etsi.org/saref4city/
It creates cpsv#:PublicService for http://purl.org/vocab/cpsv#PublicService.
Maybe it is because the same label appears in another class?
