Hi.
Is there any working single node installation for OKD at this moment ?
The docs here https://docs.okd.io/latest/installing/installing_sno/install-sno-installing-sno.html are installing the OC rater than OKD.
When I tried replacing the openshift-install with the one from okd releases it looks on two containers below:

Now, I understand that assisted installer instructions should not work with single node on OKD. So I was wondering if there is any other way to do it.

The openshift-install create cluster throws :

./openshift-install create cluster

Yes, but it requires hacks. We're working on removing two disks requirement

Assisted Installer is assuming bootstrap node doesn't need to change, so it runs from LiveCD and writes master content to a disk. In OKD we need to pivot bootstrap to our custom content, so some installer changes are required. We're working on that now.

Docs are pointing to Assisted Installer which creates OCP clusters - once we fix all OKD issues we can run a different service to install OKD clusters.

In previous comment I see two issues:

localhost instead of proper node name
ran out of disk on image pull

Would you please also clarify if is there a way to simply provision all containers for OKD via podman on already existing pre-installed Host OS ?

No. OKD has to run on rpm-ostree system and it would reconfigure it to run on a tested payload we prepare, including tested kubelet and crio

OKD would reprovision it as FCOS + okd bits.
