As a an end-user,
I want to explore the governance of a Data space
So that I read the terms and conditions of its section, subsections, articles and paragraphs

Acceptance criteria

Scenario : Governance content retrieval from ontology for a dataspace

Given that I am an end user navigating the portal on a dataspace detail page
When I click on Access governance
Then the system should retrieve the current governance content available for that resource in the ontology
And display that content according to the UI in #105 and #160
