No license found

Hello/bonjour,

I couldn't find a file mentioning the license of theia_download. I didn't find any mention of a license in the source files, either.

It is obviously Open-Source and Free, which is fine, but I think that it would be worth adding a proper license version, so that one can know if this source code can be used or not in such or such product (including closed-source proprietary software).
