NavActiveIgnore already patched but not working #370

Hi, I successfully installed the toolbox. My SW train is MST2_EU_VW_ZR_P0475T. I have applied the NavActiveIgnore customisation and rebooted but it doesn't appear to do anything. I still get the Navigation is active on mobile device message on the cluster when CarPlay is active...whether or not I a have navigation started. In fact I used to be able to have CarPlay active at least with VW Navigation on the cluster but now that functionality has gone also. I tried again and this is all I can see...
I can see it's suggesting I update the firmware. The latest firmware file I can find on MIB Solution was MST2_EU_VW_ZR_P0480T_3G0919360QQ...is this the correct one...I'm not sure what the number on the end is which looks like a part number? Other than this any other ideas what to do next and let me know if you need any more info! EDIT Updated to 0480 and it still hasn't worked. Seems to have no effect as before Thanks! |

Further update. Did a bit more digging and I found a different navignore_vw.jar file that worked for me here... https://www.drive2.ru/l/647383926293153054/ There is an update at the end of the article with a link to the file. The unit did freeze on me one time during a test drive earlier and I just rebooted it. Since then it has been fine so I'm just monitoring it but it's working for now! |
