MST2_US_VW_PQ_P0253T CP Patch Issue

Hello! I'm looking for some guidance on applying the CP patch to the above radio. I've done a few of these without issue, so I think I must be missing something obvious here. When I run the CP patch from Toolbox 1.3.3, it goes through all the steps of what it's patching, and then returns this error:
co: Can't open destination file. (/tsd/var.tsd.mibstd2.audio.audiomgr): Read-only file.
Patching failed. Cannot open audiomgr!
Overall, the radio has only had the firmware upgraded from 0245 to 0253, so I am unsure as to what I am missing, but I bet something obvious. Any insights or helps? If more info on the unit is needed, just let me know!
