Help needed as update option greyed out when trying to installed mibstd2-toolbox

I have a Valkswagen Polo GTI 2016
Firmware: MST2_EU_VW_ZR_P0254T
Part number: 3Q0035820A
Software version H25.14.89_STD2_EU
GEM: GEM 3.5 (Will need help installing GEM 4.3 if someone could send me the files)
I have replaced the folders for the cpu like stated in the installation but still have the issue.

I don't see the app-connect available either, I'm assuming I need to unlock this with a OBDEleven PRO which is fine if so (please advise if this is correct)

I don't have NAV and only have 1 sd slot.
I did the update for the firmware (0245 to 0254) which was fine, but when trying to install the mibstd2_toolbox the update button is greyed out :/

Can anyone help?
