Description

Open Ephys text on Onix logo disappears in dark mode. Mentioned it before in chat, but just wanted to document it here so we don't lose track of it :p

Steps to reproduce

Go to https://open-ephys.github.io/bonsai-onix1-docs/index.html, observe the onix logo on the top left, click on the dark mode toggle on the top right (next to the search box).

Suggested solution

Change the text color to something neutral or implement an image switching solution as documented here bonsai-rx/docs#98.
