One way to do this is with an elastic washer.
Another is adding more screws

I think that there might be an opportunity for grounding here (#11).

  • Put paste layer on the top/bottom of the corner holes, so that there is soft solder layer on both sides
  • Add some dimpling/spike features on the top and bottom around the holes.
  • Sand these dimples before installation to remove anodization.
  • Screw together so that the dimples smash into solder ring
