GPS coordinated Google map integration with Traffic Editor

Hi,

For one project we are using Open RMF, Ros bridge Suite & ROS2 for autonomous robot application.
We have received 2D image of the area where the robots will be deployed. We would like the map to be Google Map based (GPS co-ordinated).

In traffic editor, we have option to select “Geographic Coordinates” while creating map, however we are not sure how to integrate the map with Google GPS coordinates.

Also, can the Annotated Map based on “Reference image coordinate” be converted to “Geographic coordinate (GPS)” map? If yes, how to do it?

Could you redirect, where to look for the information. A Step- by-step process document will be really helpful.

You're right we had support for Geographical Coordinates in rmf_traffic_editor which used to stream map tiles from an Open Street Map server we used to host. The coordinates were specified in WGS64. Unfortunately, that server is down and so the functionality is not working.
