Documentation on Java Agent Extension is Confusing

Describe the issue you're reporting

The documentation around specifying/configuring Java Agent extension is not clear.

1. It is not clear whether Image and Dir both are required.

2. The wording makes it appear like:

   • User needs to put an extension Jar first in a Directory and pass that directory location in the Dir.
   • User also needs to create a docker image with just the extension Jar (same Jar) in the image.

I am new to kubernetes and operators, so I'm not sure if I am understanding this correctly.
