This was a bug reported after SP5 (2023). This appears to have been resolved in SP6. has been removed from inside <title>.
was: <title>Geo Clustering Quick Start</title>
is now: <title>Geo 群集快速入门</title>

according to Patrick this seems to be solved and issue can therefore be closed :)
