Filter on grid disappears after filtering everytime in first accordian

Steps to get this issue,

Filter on Services grid of PCSP assessment , Enter filter criteria. Filter works fine.

Then press enter button then Filter row disappears and only row satisfying filtered criteria appears and other row disappears. This will create confusion to user in thinking there is only few data compared to complete set.

 I removed SDoH tab and now issue can be seen in Allergy tab which is second tab, earlier this tab did not had issue. Basically issue can be seen in first accordian tab
