Rationale

Long ago, before WebRTC support was universal, we added a Flash-based mechanism to allow users to upload a photo of themselves for the purposes of student verification. I'm not sure how much of the overall app is still used, but the Flash functionality can definitely be removed–WebRTC support has been universal for a while, and Flash hasn't been supported by browsers since 2020.

Removal

Remove CameraCapture.swf, CameraCapture.as, and all references to those files in verify_student.
