Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Log in
2. Go to https://world.openfoodfacts.org/product/3560070134564
3. Click on 'Report a problem'
4. Click on 'Report this product to our moderators '
5. This opens a page that says 'Error - Invalid address.'
   Indeed the URL is wrong:
   https://world.openfoodfacts.org/nutripatrol.openfoodfacts.org/flag/product/?barcode=3560070134564&source=web&flavor=off

Expected behavior

• Open the following URL:
  https://nutripatrol.openfoodfacts.org/flag/product/?barcode=3560070134564&source=web&flavor=off

Why

• This will prevent most users from reporting issues to Nutripatrol which in turn negatively impacts the quality of the OpenFoodFacts data.
