Change Request: Add Camera Calibration Component

Define a new "camera model" module.

• Description:
  Support exchange of arrays of radiance elements among imaging sensors and with radiance field model hosts. This new component would contain parameters for a frame transform parameterized by characteristics of a single imaging sensor: horizontal and vertical focal lengths in pixels, 2D image sensor coordinates in pixels, radial distortion parameters, and tangential distortion parameters.
