Add front page text from google doc

Imported text from google doc "PESIA front page". There are probably some more changes we'll want to make there, particularly the section "Read about the research PESIA was built on", which references the 2-year research project with activists in Kenya and South Africa - this refers to the Alidade project.

Some of this content should probably be removed and instead reference the wordpress site for the PESIA project.

I started to edit in the google doc but I think we may ditch the whole front page and just use the one from the Danish designers if that’s possible

Sure - that seems fine. Is that the design in Elevator's email from 25th Nov? I wasn't sure if that was the front-page for the virt-eu site or this one.
