type6 vehicle+translated_obd2 firmware on reference VI shows only 6 signals

With the following configuration, we are getting only 6 signals in the enabler app:

1. vehicle - type6 (Ford EcoSport)
2. firmware - translated_obd2
3. VI - Ford reference VI
4. Platform - Android

I tried this out on a type 3 (Lincoln MKC) and saw similar results. The following signals showed on dashboard:

• engine_coolant_temperature
• engine_load
• engine_speed
• intake_manifold_pressure
• vehicle_speed

I then tried to manually perform a diagnostic request with each signal listed in src/obd2.cpp and was able to get data from the above, in addition to:

• barometric_pressure
• commanded_throttle_position
• intake_air_temp
• running_time
• throttle_position
