Page navigation is very slow / hardly usable on ZIMs with more than few pages

Pave navigation in TED ZIMs is very slow because everytime you change page you reload the whole page.

It is also hardly usable when you have many pages because you cannot go directly to a given page without first visiting all other pages.

You cannot go directly to last page

You cannot scroll the page selector up to the one you want to select without visiting all corresponding pages (which are slow to load).
