Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

When their is a new version of oppia avaivle on playstore their is just an alert message on the application asking the user to update the app.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like to implement an inbuilt message in the application asking in an interactive way (eg would be a pop up) asking the user to update the application and redirect them to playstore link for Oppai. I would like to be assigned this issue.

Describe alternatives you've considered

No response

Additional context

I don't have the picture for the pop up, as I didn't screenshot it however its just a generic popup showing nothing but an close option it would be better to have an pop up in the app suggesting to update the application to newer version and then redirect them to the playstore link for the app.
