Request for review of G2P Connect standard Financial Address Mapper APIs

This is first release to agree on the general protocol specification along with domain specific definition related to financial address mapper registry management.

This is probably one of the more important areas of discussion. I'd think that Mojaloop Design Authority would have some useful input into this. I also would add that in anticipation of Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs), and more hardware driven offline systems, we should include address resolution that is as simple as possible while allowing for variants.

@jdailey Thanks for calling this out. Agree and looking forward for comments especially on data payloads to ensure minimal required information is what is shared as part of request / response of link, unlink and resolve mapper end points.

ID field is also represented as normative form so that G2P Connect interface can extend to DIDs and there by enable interoperability with Trust over IP and CBDC implementations.
