Reloading Confiugration

What is the best way to get Pimcore to re-load configuration after changes are made?

I have been using "Clear Cache... Symfony Environment: all", but that options is marked "deprecated":

I am mostly asking about changes I make on my dev / qa site.

I normally run bin/console cache:clear and restart supervisor if needed
