"Player left the game" should not be equal to "Kick Player" #15

"Kick Player" removes a player from the game. But the case "Player has left the game" should just kill him in all circles without removing his object from the game -> additional button needed for game master.

in the graph "player left" could look like suicide: reflexive edge(s)

That would be a different ticket, but it would actually be easy to implement (->lib/moerdergraph.py)
