Has anyone else experienced WhatsApp banning their numbers? I had 2 numbers banned, and I wasn’t engaging in spam. In fact, I didn’t even initiate contact with users—all conversations were initiated by customers who reached out via Instagram ads.

I use the Venom library to respond to customers through a GPT-powered assistant. Interestingly, I have one number that hasn’t been banned. This number is used across three businesses: two of them have been banned, and one hasn’t. The only difference I can identify is the volume of messages received. The business that hasn’t been banned gets at most 10 customer inquiries per day, while the other two receive around 100 each.

Has anyone faced similar issues or have insights into why this might be happening? Could it be related to message volume or automation detection? Any advice on preventing bans would be greatly appreciated.
