Move demo from SSP demo from IBM org.

Issue description / feature objectives

There is a demo which is currently located here: https://github.com/IBM/compliance-trestle-ssp-demo

There is an open question by the IBM team as to whether it should be contributed to the oscal-compass team.

Caveats / Assumptions

Assumption is that there is minimal maintenance / overhead associated with the demo.

Completion Criteria

• Demo is moved
• Minimum CNCF updates (footers; copyright etc) are updated
• Compliance-trestle documentation is updated.

I asked JJ to move the repo. I suspect it will happen pretty quickly, likely Monday morning if not sooner.

@butler54 The repo has been moved. Does this issue cover that alone (then this issue can be closed) or the ramifications to trestle as well?

I can edit the PR now for the documentation.

I think the big issue as highlighted would the required CNCF documentation on the repository and updating the links (e.g. it points back to the github.com/ibm and ibm.github.io URLs across the README.md).

@butler54 @jpower432 @AleJo2995 @vikas-agarwal76 So far, there is no code code change required to the present repo, so no PR is needed. Not sure how to get "official" review in this case.
