OSLC Core does not specify the REST API for resource creation

Resource creation factory discovery is described in discover.html. But there is no place in Core that describes the details of a POST on the creation factory URI, describing the entity request body, or the response body and headers. This is described in OSLC Core 2.0 but appears to be missing in 3.0.
