Display user's location on top in country selector on Data Catalog

Core problem

As of now, users in the data catalog need to search for the location they are in and don't have a quick way to filter by their current location (like we do in Grapher charts)

Proposed solution

Add the user's location to the top of the entity selector list in the data catalog
