Project Item Format:

• Goals

Format Definitions:
-Goals: The general goal provided by the item, mostly in how it relates to those using it
-Requirements: The individual parts of the item that should be accomplished to consider the item complete
-Technical Notes: Any technical notes for the development team that will help with implementation of the item
-LOE Points: A point ranking value that helps estimate the Level of Effort (LOE) of the ite

LOE Point system:

1. quick fixes to text or images, ideally under 1 hour
2. small fixes/updates that can be completed within a day
3. fixes/updates that may take a few days to complete
4. large fixes/updates that may take a few weeks to complete
5. sizable projects that would take over a month, ideally should be broken into smaller

Note: .5 denotes an item that we estimate falls as either, or between, the two surrounding points.
A 2.5 ticket could be as quick as a 2 or as long as a 3.

Projects should be considered PUBLIC information, any credentials or private information should not be added to the Github Projects tickets or details
