Goals:

Transactional Emails should be sent for the User & Directory signup to create a smooth process

Requirements:

User Profile Signup Notification (sent to user)
User Profile Directory Form Submitted (sent to Admins)
User Profile Directory Form Incomplete Reminder (sent to user after X days)
User Profile Directory Approved (sent to user)
