Surface editorial history throughout #143

Editorial history is surfaced and made visible for DDbDP texts. Only here is this the case for the editorial history of the underlying file.

Of course we have in the XML the editorial history of all files (metadata, translations, APIS, biblio). Surface all these editorial histories.

This will allow also direct link through to the relevant XML files: #123.
