Remove Snowbridge from XCM Router

The Snowbridge doesn't make much sense to be implemented in XCM Router because there is too much additional code then. Users can use XCM SDK to bridge assets from Snowbridge and then use XCM Router which will without Snowbridge be much lighter to exchange the assets on the exchange chain and then route them to the destination chain
