Please make converter generic for all Indian languages

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bharati_Braille suggests that most of Devanagari and similar languages can use this software. How about making it generic?

Keep this bug open until I submit patch for Gujarati (atleast!).

Hey Kartik, thanks for taking the time to file a bug. :)

We've already got Gujarati support nearing completion, and we plan to add
more languages over the weekend. We'd love it if you could test Gujarati
once we're done; which should be sometime today.
