Currently there is an issue with attempt to add bitcode file after LTO, similar to this one:
emscripten-core/emscripten#16836

With the fixes mentioned in emscripten-core/emscripten#16836 are definitively required, however I am hitting this: emscripten-core/emscripten#10831
