Feature request: Tray app icon/menu

Some applications have both a UI window and an icon in the OS's tray. Some apps have no UI window at all and only a tray icon with menu.

It would be nice for libui-node to have an API to handle both of these scenarios.

Actually libui-node does not support them, because they are not implemented in libui (see this issue there: andlabs/libui#216).

You can try to 👍🏻 that issue to get them implemented there.

Also: already discussed here on proton-native repo: kusti8/proton-native#101.

TLDR: not here, maybe I start a new repo if libui won't implement this stuff, but it seems not so easy to do...
