Profile List reordering using drag & drop #157

It would be nice 👶 to reorder items in the "Profile List" using drag & drop instead of 😱 all this:

Go to "Export Profiles"
Copy the generated text
Paste into text editor
Reorder the <RDF:Description items
Copy the result
Go to "Import Profiles"
Check the "Delete all profiles, then import (backup first!)" box
Paste the result
Click the "Import" button
