Someone under the login Digital Bay Inc deleted most countries' frames at around 0400 June 9. They also renamed the file. I have restored the previous latest version from June 8th evening. Any ideas how / why this happened?

This has happened again. This time though it's taken me longer to notice. Culprit this time is Tomas Krause. Date when deleted seems to be 2 May. Should we restore the 26 April version?
