running build or tests in CI (github actions) would be great.

it may require a docker image with garmin SDK, which seems not to be very common.... https://forums.garmin.com/developer/connect-iq/f/discussion/400224/trying-to-have-some-ci-checks-for-my-watch-app/1881454#1881454
