Add support for vivoactive 5

Hi, your app seems great and I would like to use it but I can't on the vivoactive5.
I saw you have already some issues open for devices with touchscreen and buttons. It would be a great add

I've not yet added support for touchscreen devices because

1. it requires a bit of rework in the app
2. i do not have access to touchscreen devices, and garmin provides an emulator that doesnt work very well for touchscreen devices unfortunately 😅

for "mixed" devices like the newest garmin forerunner 165, which contains the 5 buttons plus touchscreen, it was easy to add support, by forcing users to use the buttons

for devices like vivoactive 5 which contains only 2/3 buttons, and is missing the up/down buttons, i would need to change a lot. and I was not able to find free time for that, sorry.

I'm tracking the user requests for that. it's becoming much more common to have people asking support for touchscreen devices, so I may try to find time for that in the future...

in the meanwhile, if you want to help contributing I'd be happy in assist as much as possible
