Show message when user redirected to MYKOBO page

Context

Currently there is not feedback to user or CTA on what to do when they click on "Start offramping", this ticket is to show a message to complete the actions on MYKOBO page

Requirements

• After the clicks on "Start offramping" and new MYKOBO window opens up
• Show a pop-up on the Vortex app screen with message "Please fill in the details on MYKOBO page to proceed further"
• user should be able to close this tab
• If the user successfully completes the steps on MYKOBO page, this pop-up should close automatically

What should the popup look like? Should it be a popup like T&C, or should it be included in Signing Popup? If we choose the Signing Popup - then the Signing Popup would have 1/3 instead of 1/2 - and 1/3 would be "Please fill in the details on MYKOBO page to proceed further"? @prayagd

Should we close this in favor of #102? If we want to show it in an iframe, we don't need to spend the resources on having this extra dialog first.
