Ideas for next year to diversify meeting types:

• Focus groups to hear about needs and/or nice-to-haves for our current solutions
• “Hackathons” in which we have a variety of issues for folks to take on to improve our solutions
• Hands-on demonstrations to show how {riskmetric} and {riskassessment} work in action (can take from prior presentations)

Ideas for next year to improve our involvement from other folks:

• Company-specific outreach by leveraging our own connections at work for greater involvement and also reach out to companies that are relatively less involved
• More specific contributions page so folks know exactly what can be asked of them; something like a job description

Other ideas:

• User stories (abridged version of case studies and feature people on the website as a blog post)
• Tech fixes (Linux calendar invite automatically populating)
