Remove custom title slide

We've fallen behind the quarto title slide by trying to inject a slide logo on the title page.

Quart now has a "fancy" title slide that includes affiliation information, and I'd prefer not to have to keep these in-sync as quarto rolls out updates.

Ideally, find a way to get around the need for a custom template.
